This piece also originally started off as a wing-it trade with 
, but I ended up enjoying working on it and pushed it further as an illustration. I've really wanted to do a pattern heavy piece for a longer time now, but most of my art time is dedicated towards commissions, not personal art. So I took that inspiration and pushed more energy into this piece.
As a special note, I will be having a canvas of this on sale at the MFF art show auction, complete with gold leaf hand painted by myself.
