Something like this expression of pure rage, with blood dripping down his mouth, his face more monstrous but yet still 'human' look to him, I also want his pupils to be a 'silver-white' like the moon and everything thing else red as the blood of his victims. Maybe some mist effects if that's not to much and some shadows for the gothticness.
