It's a mutated cat, the setting is the Swedish RPG Mutant: Undergångens arvtagare. (Heirs of the apocalypse.) A post apocalyptic setting where mankind dug itself down in a holocaust and came up to a world of mutated creatures, among them mutated animals that can look like they come straight from a fable.

He is very small, but extremely good at using this to his advantage.
