I can agree, how social media tend to drive a lot of negativity - partially cause it spreads well, which itself is a soc-med issue.
Time will hopefully heal you. Talk to folks you can trust, I'm sure they'll have an open ear for you to vent to.

oof. Cities always have lots of lights, but it sucks every time you look up. I always have to make a habit of looking around whenever I'm in smaller towns away from all the light. I usually try and hold on to the knowledge that the beauty IS out there, even when it's always hard to see. here's to the best for your own funk.
