ok this is gonna b a long rant, idont care if you care, ijust need 2 get this outta my system NOW.
ok, so im at SRHS today for a football game. every1 seems to be having a good time & then my band director is fukkin furious at us. why? cause "everyone has noe respect". there was even one thing he talked about not puttoing their hair up.
iknow EXACTLY wher this 1 came from:
earlier this evening when we got at the skool, we were setting up as normally, one of the band moms yells out "hey u guys need ur hair up >:U"(keep in mind, this is 4 the guys, not the girls cause our hair is alredy up[also keep in mind, this has NEVER happened before...ever])
also one of my good friends on base line, her ankle was sprained or something, yet she was STILL forced to march. her bf was bein a dick as always 2 me, and 1 of my annoying friends wouldnt sffu 1/2 the time.
its shit like this that makes me seriously consider quitting the band. idont care about the dam scholarships, idont care u get featured, and idont care if im even section leader or not (which idoubt anyway seeing as how the band director probably h8s me 4 1 reason or another) no1s gonna remember u. no1s gonna giv a shit, no1 is gonna care. im just in this rediculous boot camp. but oh its got music :D bullshit
iread a quote once that said"theres 2 things in life thatll make u happy: music and cats", well im allergic 2 cats, and now im gonna hate music forever. now im never gonna b happy

Aw it's okay. I already quit band too. :P I used to play drums then oboe, then I quit 'cuz I rather draw more than be a music maker......and also sing to lure my Sieggy like some kind of Disney Princess.
Also, you're not alone, Ness. ALL band directors are always strict! Mine is and my mom's is too. Hell get this! Back in my momma's day, her band director smokes a cigar in front of his own students and keeps calling them "Meatheads". What an asshole! O_O
