I wanted to redesign Hexebus after I had told off his previous design that I didn't feel attached too.
So I decided to commission my favorite artist again for his redesign.

She went with a heavily demonic and satanic look for him with paranormal features.

The runes that lace his frame pulse and never stay the same shape, Sometimes they may not even be visible unless using specific abilities that could call for them~
Other ideas may range with a EMP ability which can be shown through a glowing pulse through the spine along his back and tail.
The tail is flexible and can move like claws so he could easily decapitate someone with it and control the heat that flows through it if he doesn't want to burn people right away.
The cracks amongst his horns never stay the same they are always changing and always searing hot,
however these horns only show when he really needs them and can summon them at will.

Note: Hexebus is actually not a Kiso'Joukai he's a hybrid between 2 species I have that I never fully fleshed out nor really shown

Skelehound is a species of Hellhound found in Planet Kizores
Incugonis is a species of demonic dragons found in Planet Kizores
Both reside through a portal called Nruemoell.
