The hat and the sideburns are very... early 20th century. :) The ginger fur colour bobo has suits the idea perfectly, too. In fact, without all that getup he looks somewhat british to begin with, in a way.

The composition - It's british indeed but you wouldn't get a person with so many stereotypes and cliches bunked together walking down the street like that. XD It's interesting to see what americans think "british" is :)

I dunno if you noticed, but you changed the character a little as well. I like this in comparison to your other work though, he looks much more realistic, and less cartoony. You should try this more often, it's a very powerful style. Definate +fave
