He built a machine to travel through the time, he used it a lot without change anything. With all this uses his eyes can see different event without time traveling, that's why they are like this now :3

No, I'm wondering why you refer to time as THE time, but I assume it's because you're not adept at English, no offense.

I think what Solus was referring to is the article "the" before Time in your description; since that article is not needed there and time is usually not capitalized, unless you are referring to someone or something called Time.
