Some may remember a long while back i came up with Lowell here. Well I decided he was long over due for a revamp and I also decided to give him an artificial arm too in addition to his two cybernetic legs. For those who don't know his story Lowell is a Folf who lives with his adoptive father. A fairly well off Feathered raptor named Savan. Lowell himself is a fairly shy and quite kid. He's a pretty good listener and sometimes does have some good advise. He's got a bit of a sad history. Both his parents were killed in a very bad traffic accident when he was very young. As a result of the accident Lowell lost his legs and arm as well as his potential continence. He wasn't potty trained at the time. Lowell was about 3 when this happened but because of the trauma only has bits and pieces of memory of his parents. He wasn't in the system long when Savan adopted him and got him his first cybernetic limbs. So he's grown very close with his adoptive father. Since then though Lowell's made friends with some of the locals and his cousin from Savan's side of the family.
