I'm pretty good when it comes to the grill. Here we see a 1.85 pound USDA Choice cab chuckeye steak that had been marinated in Asian style sesame ginger marinade for 8 hours cooked on high heat for 2 minutes on each side before cooking on low to bring it to 140 degrees internal temp. Ohhhh this is gonna taste so good!
