Surprise! It's a Gears story! This one focuses more on Coby and Flynn's past and I'm using it to elaborate on some of the details of their relationship and why someone like Flynn even has a familiar in the first place. This overlaps with some of the information in 'Impairment' but I like the way the information is presented here better.
