This is my other Chao on SA2:B. Her name is Echo and she's a light blue devil Chao.
I guess you can call the darker shades of blue on her SA shade. Those just came along since I recentley changed Echo. I took her picture and recolored it to light blue.
As usual, taken online to be colored, have her name typed, and given another snowy-sish background.
