Still nameless aquatic aliens!

They are a very technologically advanced species, the first in their planetary system to develop space travel. They live in the oceans beneath the ice of frozen moon orbiting a gas giant. Their cities are built on the underside of the ice which is what those sketchy pyramid things in the background are supposed to be.

They're from the same planetary system as the Kriesharian, who live on a different moon.
