So That's Why He Hates Dragons... (Spyro - Reignited)
....well I suppose that's one theory...
Hey all! Comic-Con is launching soon, and while me and Az aren't in attendance (no decent Spyro costume sizes, oh well), we're looking forward to two announcements/events from the big bash!
One is hopefully more news from Kingdom Hearts 3! While they said there would be a demo that people have already played elsewhere, we're hoping to see something new in the way of information or a trailer (specifically that orchestra one, which we've seen, but we're trying to wait until a public release...oui it's rough!).
the other is, of course, the lead up to a new Spyro info about the second game, Ripto's Rage! While game-play has been seen, and the design of the antagonist, Ripto, has been updated to look SO awesome, we're all clamoring for more (possible a direct reveal of Ripto in-game)! Or maybe even the reveal of more side characters like the Professor, Elora and Hunter.
Toys for Bob has been doing a great job so far with getting back to Spyro's roots. Which is good, since there aren't a lot of "good" dragons out there in games, and certainly not getting the center stage.
Yeah, well that depends if they continue to stick to Spyro and the others and not...ya know.
Oh yeah....Az has his concern that after this trilogy, Bob'll try to connect Spyro's 'verse with Skylanders...
Yeah...get everybody excited about the trilogy which is a smash hit...to lure interest into Skylanders again...
*shrugs* Well look at Spyro though! He doesn't look like that Skylander version anymore, he looks like himself. And bringing in Ripto and everybody seems to point toward things going into centering on him again.
Cynic remember? But yeah...the way Toys for Bob is handling Spyro so far seems legit. If they keep up the pace and treat him like he was and stick to his roots...then yeah, can look forward to what they do next.
Yeah! Though speaking of which, wonder why Ripto's got such a grudge on dragons...I mean, they're dinos right? Practically cousins?
No idea. Maybe he's got that short complex or something. Weird he'd have a problem with Spyro though, basically same size.
Not to mention having some strong sense of smell to not sniff dragons out in an entire world! Wow...
I think that's an exaggeration...
I suppose. Unless to him dragons smell like...
Stop that thought. I want to be able to eat tonight....
