I make custom carved signs :)
Any font any line art I can do.
Dimentions will be similar to a piece of paper but the margins are 8" x 7" maximum
The thickness of the wood is 1/2" thick.
the wood is a single side finished MDF plywood. As you can see from photos it looks really nice :)

If your not sure what CNC Carved is , its basically a computer controlled "ROUTER" that carves away the wood leaving the design in the wood so you can paint it or do whatever with it.
Heres a video on youtube showing one technique that is used on cnc sign making.
