trade with llucario for a dragon character i am (very) excited about
the first thing that came to mind with this character was a pool scene. hope that's ok!! i had a lot of fun with this and i'm enjoying doing more anthro stuff!!
also i accidentally scanned this pretty small but it's actually like -large- omg i can never draw small i use so much ink (rip my copics)
