Gym Leader Drake
You walk into the gym and the lights flicker on to reveal what looks like a rather large office, arguably a cleared out meeting hall. On the other end was a mountain of a gym leader, standing with his loyal Honchkrow perched on his finger.
The gym leader cocks his head with a sinister grin. "Finally made it did you? Good I was looking forward to some fresh meat."
It doesn't look like he's messing around- the man clad in a pin stripe suit and brimmed hat meant business and you're in for one hell of a battle from him as he sent in his team.
Drake would be a primarily dark type gym leader with a more mob-like theme. His gym being like a giant office room with a battlefield in the center.
You'd have to take down his rather sinister team of
Honchkrow
Midnight Lycanrock
Bisharp
Shiftry
Inceneroar
Mightyena
For the Rogue Badge (or a chance to pass through the elite 4.. In idea with a few friends, more to come on that)

Well water can be a real pain for half your party, mightiana, incinaroar, and lyncanroc can all take a beating, especially with them being attackers over defence,shiftry can be a good counter but again more attack and a super effective attack from a fire attack could take it down quickly if it's speed isn't enough, bisharp has good defense but steel is a relatively easy type to smash up with many weakness, honestly honchcrow is your best bet as fighting which is good against dark doesn't effect flying
Inceneroar and Lycanrock are usually built more defensive support utility. Also physical attackers would overall be shit against that lineup. Inceneroar with intimidate, will o wisp, and fake out can easily just wall out and stall big physical attackers. Lycanrock midnight is usually build more defensive to support with rocks and taunt as well as sucker punch for possible revenge kills. Could also build the mightyena bulky for rock juggling while walling out physical attackers. Basically fighting types won't be as big a concern as you'd think.
Though a Primarina PROBABLY would give me a lot of trouble and I'd be leaning a lot on the Bisharp to deal with it so my biggest weakness for the team would actually be bug types.. which are also usually physical. Got all my bases covered fam, best get a strategy set up.
