Seeing as how the last mawshot of Cipher didn't turn out so well, I decided to get another with better accuracy. Murkey hit a home run! She even added some transparency!
This is Cipher in his playful personality, but in a mellow, expectant standpoint, like he knows exactly what's gonna happen next! :P
Edit:
I realized the head is actually not the same as Cipher's traditional snake one. My fault completely, not Murkey's, I should've been more observant analyzing WIPs, but it's still canon as Cipher would definitely tend to be less detailed with parts when he's formless (just a blob).
