Honestly it's the way I can layer and blend the prismacolor pencils! I just sketch and then line it with my micron pen, after erasing I go in and lightly color then I do layers. I also think the white gel pen afterwards adds a lot! The shading is the hardest part for me with traditional but it really brings it out. Honestly I'm sure you could put out wonderful traditional art! There are challenges though, like not being able to undo and having a shaky hand can ruin a whole piece. Practice is key, for every nice traditional art I put out I have like an entire notebook full of shitty pieces haha.
