Other than a bathroom break at the hotel room and a couple of cool downs in the headless lounge I was in suit for 6 hours that day. As Cooper Tom warned me last year, I would be in my own personal hell. He was right. But despite sweltering inside my fursuit I had the kind of fun I had not enjoyed since I was a kid. Soooooo worth the high heat and energy spent!!
It took about a good fifteen minutes for my part of the parade to get going. Butt what makes it worth the wait is unlike at most furcons, Anthrocon routes a portion of the parade out doors where the public can see us. 20 thousand of Pittsburgh locals show up to see the outdoor part of the parade. The crowd cheering us on is such a huge emotional high. X3 X3
