This is my original character Astare, I'm still tinkering with her design a bit. I'll do a proper character description for her eventually, but here are some quick details:

She is a blind spaniel
She has an older sister named Lauri, they love each other very much
She uses astrologically based magic
She can trade matter with pockets of space creating hard vacuums
Her main means of combat is an aether ray that she projects from her fingertip
Her eyes are quite literally a window into space

She was taken from her home and her sister when she was 12, experimented on for 3 years, and became what she is now
Longs to return to the simple life she had with her sister
Being blind, she gets around by using dozens of invisible hands she shares an empathic link with to feel out her surroundings
