^{UPDATE (9/30/2021): Mabel got her redesign, and it's a very notable one. For one, we can easily tell what kind of bear she is now, a black bear. Second, she's now a lot more notably top-heavy. I wanted to have this with a character someday, and I thought Mabel would be the perfect one to try this with. Her hairstyle also changed- I wanted to give her something that would work with her explosive personality, and I think that suits her very well.}

Next character is someone who I imagine some of you might not expect, Joannie's personal trainer, Mabel Woods! She's a tough, Russian black bear who enjoys working out, and helping others get fit. She's very tough, abrasive, not easy to communicate with, and she can use her head to bust through cinder blocks, and that's what makes her Joannie's hero. Joannie wants to be as ripped as she is one day, and maybe run her own gym.

I don't know how obvious my inspirations for some of these characters are becoming or what. I don't know if that's a problem for anyone or what, but I don't think it's as much of a problem for these side characters since they have a lot more limited screentime. But that also means that I can go a little wild with what they might turn out as, and I think Mabel turned out extremely lively and fun. Enjoy!
