So I have been dieting and exercising a bit lateley and lost 12 kilo in 2½ months
To be honest, it was just lay off the Lay's and tone down the pizza, replace them with more veggies and fruit and voila.
Not where I want to be yet but a nice stretch to it

12 kilo in 2 months?
That is both very impressive and a bit scary. I do congratulate you very much on your success, but please do be careful. The body does not like harsh changes and loosing weight too fast will trigger it to think that you are going through hard times and reacting in a life-saving-anti-starvation-mode.
Which will have it cling badly to any and all calories it can find. So if you find yourself stagnating on weight loss or even gaining it after a few treats that you might wish to have, do not be surprised if that happens. Our bodies do not like harsh changes and 12 in 2 month is a drastic change.
But I do congratulate you very much that you made it so far and hope that you will reach your goal and are not too disappointed if it goes a bit slower or if you make a few steps backward every now and then.
The goal is to keep going.
