Of the three leaders of Team Concupi there are very different points of view on how things should operate. Minerva, the overall head of the gang, believes that the entire point of their operation should be for their own enjoyment. Chaos for the sake of chaos, pleasure for the sake of pleasure. Nothing is beneath them, as long as it achieves their goals. Bellona, the youngest sibling, believes that their purpose should be subjugating Pokemon for their desires, and keeping people she sees as inherently "weak" beneath her heel.

Juno, meanwhile, believes in Team Concupi as a means to an end. Her interest is more in the use of Pokemon as tools to get rich and maintain power; she was formerly a member of the Grabenfeld branch of the International Police Force, giving her insight into how they operate and how to avoid their best traps. She tried to get away from the lifestyle of a criminal for too long, with only a history of insubordination in the face of what she saw as weak-willed commanders to show for it. After a couple of years in search of her "real purpose", she decided she truly did belong with her sisters and joined up with Team Concupi full time, taking on a role similar to a field commander.

She's looked up to rather than feared by her subordinates, though she can be as demanding and perverse as her sisters if she wants to be. More often than not she tends to have a more maternal stance toward the other Concupi members working beneath her, working closely with them in a friendly manner. That doesn't mean she doesn't have a temper that can be roused, and given that she's considerably stronger than she looks...Well, she's bloodied her share of noses as needed.

Normally she dresses for tactical situations and comfort, though she is something of the Team Concupi mistress of disguise. Her hair is normally dark, but she's an expert at dye jobs, styling and other trickery, such as how it frames her face and can be offset by make-up, to change her appearance in short order. She tends to travel with an extensive wardrobe of disguises in tow, often kept either in an RV-like vehicle she shares with her direct subordinates or onboard a boat she favors for coastal travel.

Her preference for Pokemon is usually for fast moving, hard striking creatures that are as hard to harm as they are to predict, with her favorites being Fighting and Steel. Her most loyal and reliable 'Mon has always been her Schockwyv from Grabenfeld, who she has named Mach. Mach is a vicious little brute, loyal to his Mistress to a fault, and capable of absolutely devastating opposition if needed. When Juno needs to get out of a situation quickly, the aggressive battlefield-bred Flying/Steel-type can be relied upon for air support like few others.
