This one's I've been thinking about for a while. Volkner originally got his influence from Naruto, and rightfully so, I'm bringing him back to it. Volkner got his more recent designs from Madara Uchiha, with the long hair and such. So to celebrate his birthday month, I've drawn him cosplaying as his inspiration.
