...I did not make this, credit goes to my stepmom again :B

Ingredients
Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup ketchup
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (here, did not have, so my step used some bbq sauce instead.)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Rub
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 pounds St. Louis-style ribs
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for sauce in a medium pot and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
Combine all dry rub ingredients in a small bowl.
Remove thin skin from the back side of the ribs. Rub dry rub into ribs.
Place ribs in a lightly greased crock pot.
Pour 1/2 cup sauce over ribs.
Cover crock pot and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Place ribs on a baking sheet. Brush remaining sauce on ribs and broil for 3 to 5 minutes.
The beans are already premade from a can (Bush's Boston Baked), but this came out quite good!
Make sure you have a sturdy baking pan covered in foil, and those ribs only need 5 minutes in broiling! (use two pairs of tongs to pull them very carefully out from the Crock and onto the pan, so that way the meat doesn't fall all over the place)
Very flavorful, might use the "cola" method myself or Korean style next!
Enjoy!
