So how did Levi end up joining the revolution? he is after all utterly uninterrested in politics and discussing social justice and would rather have fun with friends. He is too much of a optimist to let simple persecution of his race to worry him. Well, one day his taxi gets highjacked by a fledging rebel group needing a new getaway vehicle in the moment. Though having a gun pointed at him was a utterly terrifiying experience for the young lizard, this was soon forgotten when instructed to drive as fast he could. Levi never a lizard needing to be asked twice to drive fast, put the pedal to the medal laughing manically all the way.
The bankrobbers realizing too late their mistake screamed their throats dry in terror of this insane driving.

Wow, this has come out really well! It was a very complicated and ambitious idea and you've done really well with it! Should be pretty straightforward to finish off Levi's ref sheet too and I'm very happy to help out with the text for that! :D
The facial expressions are just right and I like how Vlad's comes through even with his ski mask on. I haven't seen Vlad in that jacket before- is it a Russian Gorka suit? Always been tempted to buy one of those for airsoft haha
Good choice of papers and mess on the dashboard, I like the little Hawaiian doll and the Barney mug, both very fitting. You get the feeling that people like Levi just sorta accumulate clutter like that. xD
The background in the countryside was a good idea too I think, a lot easier than in a city but still effective, especially given the less economically developed setting. I think it works fine without too much aggressive blurring, the darker lines you've used along the road accomplish much of the same job but are probably more in keeping with your drawing and colouring style.
Anyhow, it's fantastic that not only have you gotten a new picture up but that you've managed to get back into it with something so impressive! :D

ah thanks mate! well that isn't actually a gorka suit sicne it's just a green jacket with a hoodie I found on a bankrobber photo. but since it didn't look so good just in green I added the extra patches, which I'm pretty sure I got from the Gorka jacket without realizing it^^
I had planned to draw the skimask actually covering more of his face but when I got the expression just so spot on I couldn't make myself cover it up =P
yea I like the added clutter, though I wish I could have added more and make it look natural, that part was super hard, but overall I'm quite pleased^^
