This commission, done by 
Lu123, was inspired by a scene from my favorite Studio Ghibli film "Pom Poko".

The title is a parody of the line " 1..2,3.. Pom Pom" heard in the English Dub of the film.
"Looks like the Tanukis are having a good time together, dancing in a circle...or they found something..... owo"

The only difference is that I asked for the tanukis to appear in speedos for this drawing, to hide their "private pouches" to give this a General rating.
