Well it's a little more than blood alone.
Bel was started as a vore character but I never got around to making anything vore related with him, until now.
While one of my more nicer characters, to be fair, if he's starving. It's not his fault he's a vampire and will go crazy without blood.
It's just his fault he derives more pleasure than just filling his need for blood. Coupled with the curious fact he eats whole people and doesn't **just** take the blood.
