Tiffanie Makamoto aka Newborn3 is the daughter of Shelley Makamoto aka infant 3 ,she is a member of the Amity park babies Newborns, and minon to Star aka Pampered and Valerie Grey aka The Pink Padded Huntress. She was pick by Sam Manson aka Diapertrix and Paulina aka Padded to be a member when they found that she like to be diapered and babied so they replace Tiffanie's pacifier with a special one that their mother had made that needed testing and just in time for Tiffanie's mother to see the special pacifier's affects. Tiffanie has a crush on Danny Fenton and wants to date him badly so she hired Danny to babysit her when her mother is away, but unfortunately for her, her mother didn't tell her that Danny is her half brother.
