It's our favorite brainiac Dontello, together with an old friend from the 80s Turtle cartoon, Irma! I came up with this upon watching some old TNMT and realising that I liked Irma better than April. (she's a cutie ^_^) Inspired by other turtle/human pairings in fanfic/fanart, and carrying respect for the bo-wielding Don, I eventually ended up with this romantic pic.
