Anyway, I've been meaning to do some more raichu stuff for awhile. I've always been somewhat reluctant to do Rai in the past, because he is the biggest and oldest of the Chu evolution line! Then one day I had the realization of wait a second... I do shrinking and regression stuff! I can just be a small raichu!
I had this realization around the same time that Dragonite Calex appeared.
