Finally finished! Made up this reference sheet of a new character in the style of my new customs to show y'all what they're gonna look like. Admittedly probably went overboard with the outfits. And just.... everything in general. Oh well. Anyway, This is Quintis Paskel. His name is stupid, and I have absolutely no explanation for why his clothing style changes so much.
