Like I said, I wanted to use the Venator Shield on the Bestigor banner bearer. High-class shield for a higher-class unit. Really, most gnoll shields that aren't basic round shields are usually recovered from defeated enemies. I assume the Bestigors took out a unit of heavy cavalry at some point, or scavenged this from somewhere. I'm going to rust it up and make it look weatherbeaten.
Had to do some cutting and pinning to make this work. His greataxe originally had his hand on that end section, not the middle, but this grip looks more realistic. Standard pole is a cut-apart, re-fitted cavalry lance.
