So my gnolls need shields. Well, some of them do, anyway. For a variety of uses. I dug around in my bitz bins and came up with these, as a sample. Most of this is GW stock, some from as many as 30 years ago. Long narrow shields are old single-pose plastic high elf shields. Big round ones with lion heads are from Empire spearmen. That black metalish one in the bottom right? That is a metal casting. I have NO idea where it came from. The two white shields with the big black Block Roman 'V' on them are from Voland's Venators, a 4th/5th edition Dogs of War cavalry unit. Honestly, I thought I'd sold them along with the mercs, but apparently I missed a few... ^o0^
At least one unit of gnolls (used as Brayherd Gors) will need shields, but I have a secondary use for them as well.
