Alright, so my boyfriend's little cousin recently turned 12 and he is my little buddy. He adores MLP and he talks about it with me for hours. He is going through a really tough time right now because his older brother (who is an addict) is getting sent to jail for breaking his parole. Jayden loves his brother so much, but his brother is a total piece of shit to him. In an attempt to make him feel loved, I drew our two favorite characters (my favorite is Luna and his favorite is Rainbow Dash) and I put them together in Jayden's room, sitting on the floor, playing with legos (he adores legos as well).

I added elements from his room and stuff he likes into the picture and I tried my best to replicate the lineless backgrounds that the MLP series has. I also did my best to replicate the ponies themselves. The eyes were by far the hardest part! I am so proud of how this came out, though. I had it printed out as a poster and Jayden cried happy tears when I gave it to him. It is now hanging beside his bed and he loves it a lot!
