themadcatter did a great job. I like the character design to begin with, and the wardrobe design is just as great. I always like good contrast between sharp angles and curves; it's refelected in the linework and the gradations. The foreshortening and proportions, especially on the feet, head, tail, and hair, are good. I like the muzzle design and the size and roundness of her breasts: they should at least be as large as the character's head, seems to me sometimes. I like the hue of yellow and the blue contrast.
