Sky is a Otter/Cheetah cerberus from a tabletop game I'm in. It's ending this weekend, but she's probably going to become a longterm sona of mine. On the other hand, I have a lot of those by now. On the other other hand I really love Sky

Ok, so brief recap of the game about how they got to be like this:
Sky was born a trans woman who was like, mostly human with cat ears. She only had one head. Rupert was a cis jewish man who was her age, but not related.
Over the course of the game, Sky got three heads, 4 arms, became increasingly more cat until she was an anthro cheetah, got 2 tails, and a few other minor things.
She meets back up with Rupert, who loves her like a sister, and who she loves like a brother. She leaves the party and joins the good rival group.
Rupert sees sky like a sister, and the same thing that changed Sky so much changes rupert to be more like her. At first becoming a cheetah, then more effeminate, and ultimately becoming her twin (He wanted to be like her).
At this point, Sky became half-otter, and Rupert did too. They're straight up twins, if a physical change happens to one, it happens to the other.

It's a lasers and feelings hack where if you fail a roll, you get a transformation. The in game reason is everyone has magical coins that change you through adversity. If you can't handle a task, they try to help you become the best you who can.
Sky basically only fails rolls when she's goofing around. Like she became part otter because she tried to out swim a lifelong swimmer on her first time. She got 2 tails because she tried moving around in mid air while using a levitation bangle.
Another player would get chain failures in life or death situations. They're currently an anthropomorphic plane and mechanics witch.

This is the first time I've seen anyone implement "twin TF" and honestly your explanation here and the designs of these two really sell it, it's not just interesting transformation but it's made super endearing and sweet because of their connection. Wanting so badly to become "just like" someone else because of that platonic love... it's super appealing!
