Part of my first Project 200 class assignment is learning how to draw our assigned character for a short 15-20 second animation we'll be working on throughout the year. I got this little mad scientist character, and came up with a working background and history for him to try and bring him to life. I'll be posting more of these doodles as the story and character progress, so for now this is the 'rough draft' version of Melvin... Gonna be a blast to animate him. Kudos if you can guess his real passion in life...
