This is a Pie Goblin. Pie Goblins love pie.
A Pie Goblin's teeth are like a rat's, they grow throughout life and must grind into one another in order for the teeth not to grow all large and snaggletoothed. They also eat lots and lots of pie, so their teeth suffer from tooth decay frequently, so one tooth rots out, and it's twin on the other side of it's jaw (that the tooth would normally grind against and file down) can't be grinded down. This causes their teeth to grow out in wild patterns.
Pie Goblins have a sharp sense of style. Hence, they wear tuxedo tops, fine slacks, fancy italian leather shoes and a tie.
Pie Goblins wear a spiked helmet with cheese impaled on the top spike as a diversionary tactic to survive in the wild.
Pie Goblins are insecure about their height. Being short isn't a fun thing to be in most cases, and it most certainly gets on their cases. So they often will use stilts so as to appear taller than they really are.
A Pie Goblin's natural environment is near cliffs that they give names. If you asked a Pie Goblin, they would tell you that "Clifford" "Cliffinia" and "Cliftonia" are all wonderfully creative names for a cliff. As you can imagine, Pie Goblins aren't too terribly bright or creative.

Sadly, I can't take the credit for all this. The Pie Goblin was created by a friend of mine.
