she doesnt have a name quite yet but ill give her one soon. shes vegas inspired and one of those special bond pokemon like ash's greninja and thay floette from x and y the game. shes friends with tee, possibly in her team too. i know she got her special form from a special bond with a now passed away tap dancer, she peeformed with him but age took him away, she now rocks her special colors in his honor.
