Old Sol is reflected multiple times in the thick horizontal pieces of this Chevrolet grille. Sorry, but I have no idea of the model or year of this vehicle. And I say, it's all right.

I'd say it's a 48 (or there abouts) Chevy Stylemaster or Fleetmaster
I don't think it's a Chevy Fleetline as there's no separate indicator repeater between the the bottom grill and the headlight.
