Hidetaka Miyazaki, the director, designer, and president of FromSoftware is an inspiration. He is one of my favorite game directors and designers, telling stories through abstract ways and delivering thought provoking material to the masses. Famous for such game series as Armored Core, Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls, Bloodborne, and the soon to be Sekiro: Shadows Die twice. Berserk is one of his favorite manga, referenced on the Dark Souls cover and in a few other depictions. I decided that this piece would be perfect to show as a tribute by using the same manga cover used for the cover of Dark Souls.
