Finally Theron gets some attention. ^.^

This picture is inspired by this really pretty bedding set I found in a catalog called "Velvet Dreams"...its made from velvet and satin and contains all these really pretty jewel tones.

What makes it better? My fiancee sprawled naked across the top of it. XD

Anyway, tried something new here! OMG markers! I haven't used markers in....geez, can't even remember when the last time I used them was. Been two or three years at least. I found this neat little box of markers by Crayola called "Pip-Squeaks"...there's 64 markers in it which leaves me plenty of colors to play around with. Anyway, almost this entire picture is colored with markers, I used a little bit of silver colored pencil to highlight his fur a bit. I'm liking the bold colors a lot, so I might start incorperating markers back into my art again. (I used to use markers all the time but phased them out for colored pencils.)

And I just have to mention that this marker kick is somewhat inspired by  kalika_futago who's coloring style is just gorgeous. ;)
