hehe no this is a silly quote in german that tries to tell us that some folks act crazy after consuming strange stuff^^
In older times scientists were of the oppinion that monkeys they had used a guineapigs for their experiments started to act wild after consuming sugar and this resulted in this silly quote

I remember in the first picture with Bruiser Kahn he did promise that he would get his revenge on Jimmy and Dustin and it looks like he has, or at least he has with Jimmy. Though I imagine he's more interested in making Jimmy suffer the humiliation he felt and probably making him beg for mercy than anything more brutal he might have thought up, so it could be worse for Jimmy.
It does look like Bruiser has done a thorough job of tying up his victim and utilising the pipework so I imagine this might have come about as a spur of the moment decision, say Jimmy having pursued the villainous wrestler perhaps not waiting for backup, only Kahn got the drop on him and with a gorilla's natural strength and his skill as a wrestler easily subdued him. Most likely he remembered every moment of the tickling, so decided now was a good time to wreak his vengeance, and with Jimmy having previously used his fingers to tickle Kahn's feet, he decided to show off the dexterity of a gorilla's feet by utilising those as his chosen method of tickling leaving a hand free to hang around and the other for the grabbing the victim's shirt while gloating. Bruiser might even be enjoying the fact Jimmy knows he can't get free but if only he could, Bruiser has left himself open for potentially getting tickled himself but there's no hope of escape for him until vengeance has been satisfied.
