Is a very toony look, I like it. The water doesn't look the best, though. It seems more like random lines than actual waves, to me. It also doesn't have much perspective to it, so it looks flat, rather than looking like it extends off into the distance. Try to make the waves seem more like waves, and make the pattern shrink as it gets further away from the frame.
But I love the chocobo, just a good soft boy, and the cliff and clouds look fine. ^^
