I'm not familiar with that anime but Night in the Woods, might be another one that will be worth finding out more about and perhaps one I would enjoy, certainly the reptilian character has an appealing design going by your artwork of her here. It's quite an adorable scenario as well, with the adoptive father/daughter scene and just a nice moment of affection between two characters of different species, and also a nice crossover as well, as I'm assuming Type.MOON may be another anime and another new one to potentially check out.
