Mhhh the important emotional part aside, Galmar should see the political power of Ulfric being together with the Dragonborn can possess. Considering the possibility that Ulfric may sit the High Kings Throne one day, this would add legitimacy to his claim, at least in Skyrim and in the Eyes of the Nord.
