Nothing I can say could change the fact: It's one of the best assault rifles if low price, reliability and easy use and maintenance are your priorities. During my service, we needed a tank to destroy one of these. Anything smaller couldn't do it.

Are you sure . Its just metal nothing serious . Good i don`t know how they made it , but i seen someone drilling some holes into the front amour of an leo 2 ( ok took a while because he had the bad luck of getting the hardest place of the steel plate ) .

I was being funny. AK is damn robust, but still, we weren't really trying to destroy our rifles. But once a rifle got stuck between the hull and turret, and it deformed into an S-shape, and once between the gun and the turret roof, and it became an S-shape. Thus, we needed a tank to destroy an AK. Surely it is possible to break that weapon with lighter means, but we didn't really use lighter means to destroy the guns. We used the heaviest we had.
