This was made a few months ago, but I figure why not share? :)
February was....a really difficult month. I was in a situation where there were far too many things on my plate, much of it being things that were unforeseen and completely unexpected. I found myself having to figure out how to have time for everything that needed done while only realistically having time for about half of it all. With everything involved, it was very physically, mentally, and emotionally draining.
I finally had one day where I needed to vent out my frustration and that happened through furious patterning. Yep. It was actually pretty therapeutic XD I sat down and took a good hour or so a pattern a little human plush. It only required one revision before getting to the result you see here.
I'm really thrilled with this pattern! It's super floppy and fun to hold/cuddle. I think it'd be a great pattern for human OCs and fan plushes and it won't be difficult to pattern different heads/ears/tails for anthro versions.
Eventually, I'd like to clean up the pattern and sell it in my Etsy shop, but I'll need to find time to make a tutorial first.

Pattern making is really rewarding. When I was completely new to plushing, I couldn't wrap my head around making patterns but wanted to be able to do it. Essentially, I did a lot of reading on various sites, looking for any information and tutorials I could find. Then I just decided to make horrible patterns until they became decent, then good, etc XD It's been a fun little learning journey so far.
But it's very very rewarding and there's a big sense of accomplishment when you stuff your pattern test and it turns out to be at least close to what you were aiming for <3
